MCE BSB Cadwell Park - Important Information

Whether you've already purchase tickets for this weekend's MCE Insurance British Superbike Championship  at Cadwell Park, or you're planning on paying on the gate, here is everything you need to know to make your visit to the circuit as enjoyable as possible.


Tickets will be available for purchase on the gate for £10 on Saturday, £14 on Sunday and £32 on Monday. 

Those of you who have purchased in advance will need to bring your original tickets to the circuit - copies and receipts are not accepted. All advance tickets are sent by either Recorded or Special Delivery, meaning a signature is required.

In the rare instance that your tickets have not arrived in time you will need to purchase them at the gate price and obtain a refund after the event by returning the gate ticket stubs and your original tickets to the venue office.

Opening times 

The circuit will be open to the public at the following times this weekend:

Saturday 8:30am  
Sunday 8:00am 
Monday 7:30am

Car parking 
Car and bike parking is available at various locations on site free of charge.  Please follow the road signs on your approach to the circuit.

On site camping for this event is now sold out and we will not be able to accommodate any on-the-day arrivals. For alternative site locations, click here.

For those with pre-purchased tickets the campsite opens at 12 noon on the day before the event (Friday 22 August) and closes at 9pm on Bank Holiday Monday.

Please note access will be restricted to the campsite areas only until 17:00 on Friday 24 August. Due to the vehicle movements and event setup within the venue, this is a safety measure for campers and staff alike.

MCE BSB Radio presented by Kawasaki 
MCE BSB Radio presented by Kawasaki will be broadcasting live from Cadwell Park on 87.7FM as well as online, hosting all the commentary from Fred Clarke and Larry Carter for the qualifying sessions and races. Live commentary and news will be coming to you all weekend on both 87.7FM and online via www.britishsuperbike.com/radio.

Disabled access 
For disabled access please follow disabled access symbols on the highway signage, which will direct you to the venue's main entrance. Please ensure a disabled label is visible to traffic marshals and await direction.

Win £500 of STIHL outdoor power tools 
The STIHL Power Award gives you the chance to win STIHL outdoor power tools worth £500 and your photo could appear in the Gallery on the MCE BSB website. All you need to do is send a photo of the first rider to pass the STIHL No. 1 marker at the first intermediate checkpoint at the end of Park Straight and send it to bsbmedia@msvracing.co.uk.

Cadwell Park is renowned for its festival atmosphere and Saturday and Sunday night will feature live music in both the Clubhouse and the Park Corner. On Saturday evening The Klout will entertain at the Bulletstage adjacent to the main gate starting at 8pm (a bar will be located next door and will be available throughout the evenings) whilst at the Clubhouse, a DJ will be spinning crowd favourites.

On Sunday the Statesboro Revue will be joined by local legends Stolen Fridays who will kick off the evening's music at the Bulletstage adjacent to the main gate.

There will also be an extensive trade village and an adventure playground for children near the Club House and Hall Bends plus a funfair.

On Sunday, during the lunch break, Monster Energy Rallycross star and X-games medallist Liam Doran will demo his 600bhp flame-spitting Monster Energy LD Motorsports Citroen DS3 (Subject to weather conditions).

The annual CJ Riders Fund Cycle race takes place on Sunday evening from 18:30. You can join some of the stars on track and all the money raised goes towards providing trackside specialists and medical equipment for the riders in the MCE BSB paddock. To enter, and for further information, please visit the CJRF stand in the trade zone. Everyone taking part must wear a helmet.
