Auto 66 to entertain at Cadwell this weekend

Thursday, July 30 2015

There's even more motorcycle racing action at Cadwell Park this weekend (1/2 August) when the Auto 66 Club Bike Championships return to the Lincolnshire Wolds.

A wide variety of classes are in action, ranging from Junior to Senior motorcycles, meaning that there will be plenty to enjoy throughout the weekend. The 32-race programme also includes races for Formula Libre, Super Lightweight, and Lightweight bikes, in addition to the club's prestigious Count of Cadwell races, which will decide who the master of the Mountain is.

Variety will be added by the Sidecars, which are always spectacular to watch, but even more so at an undulating venue like Cadwell Park. Expect plenty of exciting moments as the nimble passengers try and find the perfect balance through Hall Bends.

SuperKarts will race too, adding yet another dimension to the meeting. These machines are far removed from the arrive-and-drive machines that so many of us have had a go in, and are capable of achieving phenomenal lap times around the circuit.

A full racing timetable is available here.

The paddock will be open, allowing spectators to meet the teams and riders, and inspect the racing machinery much more closely.

Tickets for the Auto 66 Club Bike Championships at Cadwell Park are available on the gate for £14 with free entry for under-13s. For more information, please call 0843 453 9000 or click here.
